Weekly enrichment planner

Short answerEnrichment works when it is a habit, and habits are easier with a plan. This planner covers the categories the guides on this site recommend - interactive play, puzzle feeders, vertical time, window or fresh-air time, a new object to explore, and solo toys from your rotation. Tick what you will do each day; the planner shows how many days you covered. Everything is saved in your browser's local storage on this device - nothing is uploaded anywhere.

Plan the week

Tick the activities you want to give your cat each day. Short daily play suits most cats - dawn and dusk are prime time - but follow your cat's lead. Your plan is saved on this device only.

Nothing planned yet - tick the activities you want to cover this week.

How to use it

Start from the play column: International Cat Care recommends daily play in short bursts, and notes most cats are naturally more active at dawn and dusk - so those are the anchor sessions. Then spread the rest across the week rather than stacking everything on Saturday: a puzzle feeder most days, a new object or a rotated toy set once or twice a week, window time whenever the weather cooperates. Adapt the plan to your cat - kittens and senior cats play differently, and the right amount is the amount your cat actually engages with. The summary line tells you how many days have at least one activity and which category you lean on most.
